DK EVENTS CROATIA DMC (PUTNIČKA AGENCIJA DK DMC) from here on referred to as DK DMC, is a destination management company providing business travel solutions for corporate meetings, incentive trips, team buildings, conferences and events. We acknowledge your right to confidentiality of private information, and we are dedicated to protecting the privacy of your confidential information and committed to safeguarding any data collected through www.dkdmc.com.
Any personal information collected by DK DMC is processed and kept in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. In line with this regulation, DK DMC collects personal data which is necessary to carry out our business but will not share it with any third parties, except in cases when third parties are required to deliver contracted services (such as transport companies, hotels, restaurants, venues, insurance providers, etc).

HOW IS DATA COLLECTED AND USED BY DK DMC
DK DMC primarily provides services to other business, institutions or collectives. These are most often represented by agencies who book programmes with DK DMC on behalf of their Clients and these agencies will provide DK DMC with personal information of their Client’s needed to conduct the requested programme. However, in some instances DK DMC will be in direct contact with the end-Client or participants themselves and will collect the necessary information directly.
This information, collected either directly or through a representative is collected through emails, phone calls, exchange of letters and documents, physical meetings, web form or DK DMC website.
When providing your personal information to DK DMC, either through agent/representative or directly and in regards to a service DK DMC is requested to fulfil, DK DMC will deem you have consented to your personal information being collected and processed in accordance with the GDPR and this Policy.
If you are acting as a representative and requesting services on behalf of another entity, DK DMC deems you have obtained consent from this entity to provide DK DMC with their personal information, to be collected and processed in accordance with the GDPR and this Policy.

DK DMC uses your personal information primarily to provide contracted services. By using our services, you consent to DK DMC using and processing your personal information in accordance with the GDPR.
