In a relatively short time since its opening in August 2014, Paradigma Restaurant quickly moved up to the very top of the best restaurants in Split and has recently become a member of the prestigious ‘Jeune Restaurateurs d’Europe’ Association which is proof of the restaurant’s equisite food and impeccable service.
Focused around an upscale dining concept, the Paradigma features contemporary Mediterannean flavors on their menu along with Croatian and international wines that were carefully selected by the head sommelier and that include some indigenous Mediterannean varieties as well as classical european vintages. Great attention was given to decorative details as well. The restaurant’s main feature is the elegant upstairs terrace of a centuries old building which is reminiscent of a ship’s deck with views out to the Adriatic and the old town.
When considering this restaurant for MICE groups in general, conferences and incentives alike, it is improtant to mention that the restaurant can seat up to 120 guests. Both a la carte and
group menus are very imaginative and created with local seasonal produce that ensures full flavour and finesse in Paradigma’s dishes. The entire Paradigma staff are very friendly, accommodationg and flexible ensuring that each group or individual has the most fulfilling dining experience.
