Croatia – top destination for luxury travellers!

Our team at DK Events Croatia DMC has been very busy preparing for the new season in Croatia, creating new group programmes for incentive, conference and team building groups as well as finding new venues, restaurants and activities for our MICE clients! Croatia is continually popular with individual and group visitors. In fact, the Luxury Link travel group found in their recent research that Croatia is the most popular travel destination in 2014 for high-income travellers. Croatia came in first with 27.2% of over 1600 travellers choosing it as their top destination for this year.

The research further showed that activities travellers are most interested in are cooking classes, fine dining, scuba diving, sailing and similar all of which are available in Croatia. Furthermore, Croatian 5* hotels offer all of the amenities that travellers in this research have deemed as must haves: free wifi, on-site spa, free breakfast, early check-in/late check-out and more. For more details on Luxury Link’s research, please click here
