Zakona o za\u0161titi potro\u0161a\u010da (NN br. 41\/14., 110\/15.), obavje\u0161tavamo korisnike usluga da prigovor ili potro\u0161a\u010dku pritu\u017ebu na obavljene usluge mogu podnijeti na sljede\u0107e na\u010dine:<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Neposredno u prostorijama Agencije<\/li>\r\n<li>Putem po\u0161te na adresu: Putni\u010dka Agencija DK DMC, Domovinskog rata 27c, 21000 Split, Hrvatska<\/li>\r\n<li>Putem faxa na broj +385 21 383 512<\/li>\r\n<li>Putem email-a na adresi: <a href=\"mailto:contact@dkdmc.com\">contact@dkdmc.com<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Korisnik usluge je du\u017ean sura\u0111ivati s Agencijom u dobroj namjeri da se otklone uzroci prigovora ili pritu\u017ebe te dostaviti svu relevantnu dokumentaciju potrebnu za rje\u0161avanje istih.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>U pisanom prigovoru potrebno je navesti:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Ime i prezime korisnika usluge<\/li>\r\n<li>Adresu korisnika usluge<\/li>\r\n<li>Telefon korisnika usluge<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Svi osobni podaci navedeni u prigovoru bit \u0107e pohranjeni sukladno Op\u0107oj uredbi o za\u0161titi podataka i ne\u0107e biti upotrijebljeni u druge svrhe.<\/p>\r\n<p>Odgovor na Va\u0161 prigovor ili potro\u0161a\u010dku pritu\u017ebu dat \u0107emo u pisanom obliku najkasnije 15 dana od dana zaprimanja istog.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>HOW TO FILE A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>In accordance with Article 6 &#8211; Law for Providing Services in Tourism Industry (NN 130\/17) and Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41\/14, 110\/15), we would like to inform our customers that customer complaints on the quality of our services or products may be submitted in the following way:<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Directly at the Agency<\/li>\r\n<li>Via post to the following address:\u00a0Putni\u010dka Agencija DK DMC, Domovinskog rata 27c, 21000 Split, Croatia<\/li>\r\n<li>Via fax number: +385 21 383 512<\/li>\r\n<li>Via e-mail:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:contact@dkdmc.com\">contact@dkdmc.com<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>The customer is obliged to cooperate with the Agency in good faith to remove the causes of the complaint and to provide all relevant documentation needed for resolving the complaint.<\/p>\r\n<p>When filing the complaint in writing, please provide the following information:<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>First name and last name of the customer\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Customer\u2019s address<\/li>\r\n<li>Customer\u2019s telephone<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>We guarantee that all personal information provided in the complaint will be archived according to the General Data Protection Regulation and will not be used for any other purposes.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>The response to your complaint will be provided in writing within 15 days from the receipt of the complaint.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NA\u010cIN PODNO\u0160ENJA PRIGOVORA I POTRO\u0160A\u010cKIH PRITU\u017dBI Sukladno \u010dlanku 6.
