A more relaxing alternative would include Croatian organic wine tasting, olive oil tasting in the olive groves and enjoying some of Croatia’s most popular delicacies such as prosciutto ham, selection of local cheeses and grappas. A cooking class is also a great way to spend the day and learn how fresh fish is prepared Croatian style or have a go at making your own ‘peka’ which is a signature Croatian dish of meat and vegetables prepared under an iron bell and covered with hot ashes!
